1.3. Rates and Availability: Rates and availability are subject to change at the time of booking. Tours are available on a sharing basis, with private tour options available at a different cost.

1.4. Personal Items: Royal Adventure Travel & Tourism shall not be liable for any loss and/or damage to personal items and belongings while engaged in any and all booked excursions and activities.

1.5. Travel Insurance: Guests are responsible for obtaining international travel insurance that is valid during their stay period.

1.6. Holiday Rates: The rates might change during New Year holidays.

1.7. Complaints: Any complaints should be reported to the company within 24 hours.

2. Booking and Payment

2.1. Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability and are not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email from us.

2.2. Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. We accept:

• Credit and Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express.
• Mobile Payments: Apple Pay, Google Pay.

2.3. Pricing: All prices listed on our website are in “AED” and are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

3.1. Cancellation Policy: Each activity or package has its own cancellation policy, which is outlined on the individual booking page. Please review these policies before making a booking.

3.2. Refunds: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with the specific activity’s cancellation policy. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take up to 5 business days to process.

3.3. No-Shows: Failure to show up for a booked activity or tour without prior cancellation will result in a 100% charge and no refund.

4. Health and Safety

4.1. Health Requirements: Some activities may have specific health and fitness requirements. It is your responsibility to ensure that you meet these requirements before participating in any activity.

4.2. Safety: We prioritize your safety and provide necessary safety instructions and equipment for each activity. You must follow all safety instructions given by our staff.

5. Liability

5.1. Assumption of Risk: By participating in any of our activities, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with such activities. Royal Adventure Tourism will not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage suffered by participants.

5.2. Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Royal Adventure Tourism will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our services.

5.3. Incident Liability: Royal Adventure Travel and Tourism shall not be held liable for any incident that may cause harm, injury, or death as a result of engaging in such activities.

6.1. Privacy Policy: We are committed to protecting your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1. Ownership: All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Royal Adventure Tourism or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.

8. Governing Law

8.1. Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates.

9. Child Policy

9.1. General Child Policy: For most tours, children from 4 to 11.99 years of age are considered under the child rate.

9.2. At The Top Burj Khalifa: Child rate is applicable to children from 4 to 11.99 years of age. Children from 3.99 years and below will be admitted free of charge.

9.3. Theme Parks: Child rate may be applicable by height for certain theme parks. Children below 1.2 meters in height will be subject to the child rate. However, children below two years of age (1.99 years) will be admitted free of charge.

9.4. Tour Restrictions: Children below five years of age (4.99 years) will not be allowed on certain tours, such as Seawings.
