Booking & Cancellation
- Any cancellation that takes place within less than 48 hours from the date of the booked activity will be charged in full with no refunds.
- Reschedule up to 24 hours before booking date.
- No refunds in the event of no show
- Should any of the tours and/or activities be canceled or postponed due to weather conditions, guests shall be entitled to a full refund.
