- Not suitable for persons suffering with back or neck problems.

- No liability for Sandboarding, Camel Ride, Buggies and Quad Bikes
- Not accessible for wheelchairs.
- Any cancellation that takes place within less than 48 hours from the date of the booked activity will be charged in full with no refunds.
- Reschedule up to 48 hours before booking date.
No show guest will be charged 100% of applicable fees for excursion activities that were booked through Royal - Adventure Travel & Tourism. Guide/Drivers will enforce a maximum waiting period of 5 minutes.
- Should any of the tours and/or activities be canceled or postponed due to weather conditions, guests shall be entitled to a full refund.
